1. I require at least a 24 hour notice if you will not be present for a scheduled lesson. Less than 24 hour notice will result in an unexcused absence and will not be made-up.

2. Missed lessons, even if excused are not given as credit on your following month's statement. You will be given a make-up at the earliest convenience for both of us. If you plan to be on vacation or out of town, please let me know ahead of time and an exception will be made for that date.

3. I will only allow 2 make ups per semester.

4. If you have an excused absence and a make-up lesson is scheduled, you MUST attend the make-up lesson. You will not be given a second make-up lesson.
