Short Biography on Heather Smith

In May 2002, Heather graduated Cum Laude from SAU near Chattanooga Tennessee with a B.S. in the arts. She has a wonderful husband and two wonderful children.

Heather has been playing the piano for 21 years with 13 years of formal instruction. She has been teaching for almost 6 years and enjoys every minute of it. She especially enjoys starting young children into piano and helping them develop a love for music.

Lessons are formed around each individual student and all students are introduced to playing classical music. Heather is an energetic and caring teacher who makes learning the piano fun and interesting because she believes music is one of the best gifts that you can give a child.
